Okay I have an H22 in an EG hatch chassis. I just replaced the H23 tranny for an H22 tranny and the axle keeps popping out. What halfshaft should I get that'll fix this problem??? The halfshaft is too short. I think the 90-93 Integra Half Shaft should fix the problem, no??? Someone please help and how do you know exactly what tranny you got?? I know there's serial no's on the trannies and both are different, but how do I know I've got an H22 tranny and not an H23 or F22 tranny?

 

this what i have for a set up, 91 prelude intermitiate shaft. two 91 integra axels with prelud inter cv joints. on the iner cv joint there is a C clip. take a pair of pliers and expand it a little. takes a little more to get the axel into the trans and intermidiate shaft but it wont pop out. hope that helped......

you might want to look into getting real swap axles. they'll tell you which intermediate shaft to run (ususally accord)
