I A C VALVE
your IAC valve is important, why remove something that controls your rpms while idling? the valve is moved in and out increasing and decreasing the amount of air passing through your throttle plate, now you tell me black91, what gains do you hope to achieve by removing this? the only time i would ever recommend you removing that valve is to clean it and then put it back, or to repair it if its broken. but if your IAC valve is in good working condition, then theres no point in removing it.
the car would rev from 900rpm2 3000rpm but i fixed it the ajustment screw in side came undune ..... i delt with it for about a YEAR and was sick of it thats why ....
i understand you were sick of it, but that calls for a fix not a removal, removing that valve couldnt have helped you in any way, good thing you learned about the adjustment, you should have also given more information, such as your problem with the valve, if it was just reving high, i could have told you to adjust the idle speed, glad to know it worked out
