stage3 clutch disc with stock pressureplate= ok ?

stage3 clutch disc with stock pressureplate= ok ?
sounds like a stupit idea. but my stage 3 pressureplate r too strong for daily use.
i ve already bent 4 clutch forks within 2 yrs . i am thinking if i can use stock pressureplate to make my clutch softer and keep the strong stage 3 disc?
