Replacement door piece for 02 Type S

Does anyone know where i can get this replacement part? In the picture in the link it is the crosshatch looking piece that surrounds the housing that is being pulled out.

i have no idea how much these things are worth. just out of curiousity...how come you are willing to sell this piece. and are there any scratches on it?
