NO SPARK, NO FUEL, NEW (PGMFI) MAIN RELAY! WTFF??!!?
im helped a friend do sum maintenance to his car. i changed his thermostat, radiator, headgasket, and a couple of other gaskets that were all old and fucked up along the way.. the car was sitting for about a year. so i took all the gas out the the tank through the fuel filter and put new gas in.. it started great. i went home n went bak to his house the next day becuase he told me the car wont start again.. it wasnt getting fuel but it was getting spark. so i take out the (pgmfi) main relay and jump the fuel pump from it and it got fuel but didnt get spark.. so basically it only gets fuel wen jumped and only gets spark wen the relay is in.. i told him to go to acura and buy a new relay and he did but told me that acura dicontinued the relay and came out wit a upgraded model.. i put the relay in and still no fuel .. now im thinking maybe thge relay was faulty so he returned that one and got a new one.. same ****! nothing happened.. now i donno wha to do.. please help me im all out of ideas.. o yea and there is no check engine light.. could it b the wiring fried? i live in florida and the car was sittin in the sun for a year wit no car cover on. could it have been the ecu? maybe it shorted out becuase of the heat the soldering might have got fucked up.. i donno and i wanna get this car running already.. please give me any ideas as to what it might b.. thanks!

Did you reconnect the ground wire to the t-stat housing? Check fuses?

The little ground wire bolted to the t-stat housing is the main ground for the pgmfi system. Not a clue as to why they put it there, but they've been putting it there for over 20 years now.
