i am moving on to getting the exterior of my car done. a guy i know at our local shop qouted me $250 to ripp of my stock side moldings and weld in little pieces of metal in the holes to fill them in and smooth it all out. i was wondering if this is a decent price

 

does it include paint?

 

no because i am about to have to whoel car repainted
