91 integra ls.. when starting it up for the first time in say 8 hours.. ill go to throw it in reverse.. clutch in all teh way.. and it grinds.. before letting the shifter go all the way?.. any clues? gratz

 

Tranny bearings are getting worn out.

 

Sounds like you might be needing major work.... $$$. Maybe you could try flushing it and adding new fluid and maybe even adding some syncro mesh after that too. I was lucky enough that it worked for me for now.
