Default clarification on Street Mod rules please

In street mod I know removal of the rear seat is allowed. I'd like to know if the following can be removed:

headliner
carpet
rear interior panels

If not, what class would a car with those pieces removed run in?

1) no.
2) yes and no. yes only if the rear carpet is attached to the rear seats (like they are in most Honda hatchbacks). Otherwise, all carpet must stay.
3) no.

You would be in a prepared class (EP I believe) if you are running the stock motor, block and head. Otherwise, you'll be in Mod where pretty much anything goes.

Looks like I really have no choice at this point. I guess I have to get a headliner, pillar trim and a carpet

SM is a much better alternative than E Mod.

EMod: Any engine over 2.0 liters displacement, or under 2 liters with forced induction. Rotary engines (all?).

DMod: Engines 2.0 liters and under, normally aspirated.

Take your pick. Not many other rules for either class.

E Mod is my only choice unless I get the interior pieces. FI + B18C + Civic = SM or EM. =\ There's hardly any competitors in EM, so it looks as if SM will be much more fun and challenging.
