Default Cargo Cover

Alright, I bought myself an original cargo cover for my 90 hatch on e-bay. It's in great condition. It looks like the other one's I've seen for ED civics. Now, when I take it to my trunk, it seems like it isn't long enough to reach all the way across, and even if it was, it wouldn't have anything to fit into.

You have to buy the mounts as well. They are like shelfs that attach to the interior and have a spot for the cargo cover to mount.

If you can find those, for sure get them. But they are really hard to find. I'm gonna make speaker pods to put into mine in the near future.

lol, i got the rear speaker pods for 3$ from a pick n pull! Havnet found a cargo cover yet, but plenty of hatches there with the rear shelvs in tact, so should be easy for that guy to find.

And by "custom" we are talking zipties and duct tape.

in many cases you can still get STOCK ED parts new from honda, though a lot of times they are expensive. i've bought many new parts for my CRX over the last 2.5 years, and only a few things i've tried to get had been discontinued.

try:

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com
http://www.slhondaparts.com
http://www.hondapartsdeals.com

i've ordered from all three with no problems. don't get all excited when you see ED accessories and it looks like you can order them... they are all gone and they will email you saying so if you try to order any of them. precious few things are left, my fiance and i have been able to get new mudflaps and new full front bras, but that's pretty much it.

if you want to try your local dealer they may be able to get these parts for you too, and often they will match online prices if you print out the page and take it to them. then you save on shipping
