nothing needs to be prepped we do all that , for a honda valve cover that has the oem black wrinkle on it they are $125.00 with return shipping included, we can do translusent colors , solid colors ,fades , and even wrinkles , and some other specality colors , if your cover is already stripped of the oem black stuff wich is a(bitch) to remove , and just has like normal paint or nothing on it they go for 75.00 with the return shipping included ,

now for rims , you will need to pm me for exact prices as they will vary on what you want to do and so on , here is a pic of my valve cover wich we can do this style also if you are looking for that one of a kind look

pm me , for the valve covers it is 125.00 with return shipping , if it has the oem black wrinkle finish , if not then it will be just 75.00 shipped back to you , and you will need to pm me on rims.
