Fiberglass hole drilling question...

Never worked with fiberglass before. Do I need to drill the holes before the pieces get painted or afterwards?

Before I get flamed, it's an oem lip kit replica.

I would drill and test mount everything before it gets painted. That way you know it all fits. And you will know any tricks of how to put it on before it gets painted, might save some time and a few scratches.
