I can't get the drivers side front door open. The lock pops up with the key and the unlocking switch inside the car but the door will not unlatch with the inside or outside door handles. The service manual shows separate rods from the outside door handle and the inside door handle going into the latch assembly. So it look like the latch assemble has some sort of internal problem. Anyone see this problem before. Any quick fix to get the door open? Will I be able to get the door panel off with the door closed? thanks Jim
