will i need to get my ecu flacshed by hondata to use or get any real gains out of the headers

First, its a header.

Second, no you will not need to get your ECU reflashed by Hondata to feel gains. Honda says that running a Race Header w/ one of their reflashes might cause you to run lean. Some run these together anyway and are fine however.

Third, if you want to use the DCRH and do sometihng to your ECU, get K-Pro from Hondata. This will allow you to tune specifically for your setup and then you can get even more power out of your mods as well as tune it so that it will not run lean (or rich for that matter).
