it's better for us to know what you want to do to the car and give you spcifics, then to blab on about our setups which will more then likely not help you out at all....

The street car is on OEM, track car settings are:
J's 30mm anti roll bars F/R
Spoon 5way adj. coils, 10k/10k, shocks 4/3
OEM 17x8.5 all around, 255/40/17 all around.
Stripped.

Every so often. The track car doesn't see too many miles.

I run Tein RA's. I leave them on the stiffest setting all the time. There are a series of windy roads on the way to work, and i fully utilize these dampers almost every day. I love them. Little bumpy, but tolerable for around town, and moderate trips of about 60 miles. When i go down to LA, ill be setting them on the softest one for comfort (420 miles, haha). Below is a picture of the drop.
