Ummm what are your plans for the car?

Autox? Daily driver? Be more specific.

Koni with off-the-shelf GC rates. Get a good alignment, and possibly corner-weighted if you are so inclined. Also get some good tires.

I was running Koni yellows with Eibach Pro-Kits on my 99. It was a great setup for daily driving.

Check my sig if you're interested in the springs

H&R Cup Kit
features an external height&damping adj. Koni shock matched to a Special H&R spring.

The advantage of doing a cup kit compared to a conventional shock/spring combo is that the Cup kit is matched perfectlly for each other and it gives you adjustabilty too.
