What kind of lip is this:

 

Looks like a stock 92-95 Si lip?

thats wat i was thinkin but as you can see the lip is not smooth......on my eg it looks smooth so im thinkin it has to be off of some car

The CX, as you know, is the bottom of the line, and if I remember correctly the "lip" on my car was painted on.

 

is that a bass boat fender you have?... i am saying this because a friend spray painted his fender on his charcol hatch with charol spray paint and well..it looks like yours.

 

anyone know wat rims those are too?(the dumped black one)

That is the optional lip.
I believe it came on the EX model, and the 94-95 SI.

 

i believe the question would be "what was that lip" if that guy ever hits a bump in the road.

its a racing fiber lip with compressed 4:1 air ratio....OOSNAPS

besides the wheels, that second hatch is sick!.. its rare that someone paints there hatch black again
