Default suspension problems :(

ever since i had my dads friend install my new struts and springs on my ef9, whenever i go to start up the car in neutral, the rear end makes a loud horrible sound, but when i put it in gear it goes away, it only happens when i just go outside to start it up after its been sitting there for a couple hours... but i dont get why it does that, probly cuz the suspension was put on wrong or something. but would an alignment help it at all?? im thinkin it wouldnt since it just adjusts your tires, toe in, toe out, camber angles and stuff, dont think it has to do with suspension.

that has nothing to do with your suspension. I dont understand what starting your car has to do with your suspension. Even if you start your car and it makes a noise I can garuntee you that its not your suspension. I would check your exhaust.

lol well u guys are smart, it did have to do with the exhaust, i guess when i got it lowered the rear bumper hit the exhaust tip and the exhaust pipe is vibrating against the bumper when i start it up, so thats whats causing the noise. i pushed it down a little and the noise stopped, let it go and it went again, so im gonna have to pry it down or put something in between the pipe and bumper or something
