Default Upper VS Lower R C-arm bushings

While looking for a urethane kit to install before my rear disc swap, I found I had three options. Complete kit, upper kit, lower kit. What's considered "upper" and "lower"?

car 1991 Honda Civic hatch
rear 1993 integra disc

What kind of kit is this? You can also buy and adjustable upper arm that comes with the bushings already. This will allow you to finely tune the rear camber as well.

The energy suspension kit does not include bushings for the rear upper control arm, compensator arm, or trailing arm. If you purchase the master kit, these bushings MUST be purchased separately. Also, the master kit comes only with rear lower control arm bushings for the 1989-1991 control arms. You need to separately purchase those for the 1988 (if this is what you have), or use a 1989-1991 rear lower control arm (which requires newer shocks, but bolts right on).

Sticker - I do plan to purchase the adjustable upper arm for finer tuning as I do plan to use this setup in this car temporarily for show, and later be taken out of this car and placed in a Civic hatch stripped for race-only. To answer, yes, I plan to get the upper arm, I didn't know that was part of the trailing arm though. Thanks.

Stormin - I really haven't sourced out a company yet. I've heard alot of rep about Energy Suspension, but that's about it. If any of ya'll have any sources or companies I should look into, PLEASE inform me. I was originally looking at Nopi.com for the kit, but I can't purchase a "Master Kit" as it wouldn't have all the right parts I don't think.

Please NOTE
Car: 1991 Honda Civic Hatch
Rear: 1991 Integra discs
Front: 1991 Honda EX 10.3" rotors/knuckles

The rear struts are currently KYB AGX sitting on the stock rear trailing arms. I haven't yet done the brake swap, I'm just in the process of gathering parts at the moment.

Thanks in advance.

The master kit would, for the most part, have the right parts (ie you could use just about everything). BUT it will be far from complete.
