I have a list of warning signs that the clutch is going on my comp at home. If no one posts it up before Im home ill post it. I forget what they all are though and not sure if they are all 100% but we will see.

I know a few warning signs. At higher rpm in gear your clutch will slip out, so your gonna be in gear but your rpms will climb fast without moving anywhere. Another way to see is go about twentyfive up a hill. Shift into third or forth and floor it, if it slips your clutch is going
