Are the sockets for the turn signals dofferent from 00-02 to 03 an up????
I got a call from the body shop and they asked me "What year head lamps I provided them?" I have an 03 and bought the 00-02 JDM headlamps and he told me they fit fine but the sockets for the turn signals do not match. I understand it's as easy as ordering the 00-02 sockets and just cutting mine off and soldering the new ones in but before I order these can some one confirm this for me? Thanks.
I've only worked with USDM headlights so far, and there's only a difference between the 00-03 and 04-05 models. Its possible the JDM set uses a different socket.
Manual doesn't list any differences.

Soooo, the 00-02 WILL NOT WORK EITHER???
Where the hell am I supposed to find the "JDM sockets" at?

You should've asked. I've done a countless number of these for the local owners in NW IL. I've gotten it down to two hours and a few minutes from when the car enters my garage to pulling apart the front end to cleaning and baking to resealing to back on the car and back together again.
My seal jobs come out cleaner than the factory. In anycase, since you have an extra set of headlamps, if you want me to do anything custom to them, just let me know.

?????Huh????
You know I have extra sets of S2000 headlights. If you're looking to do a retrofit on another car, just let me know. I have projectors for you.
If your S2000 didn't come with the factory optional HIDS, I'll buy your car for, mmm let's say $2500. You can go and buy yourself another S2K that came with the HIDs from the factory...no need to do a retro.

All that I want to know as of now is how am I supposed to get the USDM turn signal sockets into my JDM headlights w/out hacking either one up. Most of the people that can help at Bulletproof or Evasive are all at Sema.
I'm having another bad day......don't hear from my sister in three months and when she calls she wants me to do brakes on her Aurora. Did I tell you guys I hate american cars?
Please help me with my problem with the sockets and i'll paypal anyone $50.

There's no way they'll fit? Can't mod the plug in anyway? Maybe one from a different car? It shouldn't even cost you $50 man.
i believe the JDM signal harness has only 2 wires and usdm have 3 ...
get JDM side marker with male harness ... that would be ur best bet

give ICB motorsport a call 480-626-1927

Ummm, you guy are on a different page than I am. I am talking about the turn signals or parking light on the actual headlamp housing, not the side markers.
we know
.. its the same harness (i think) almost positive
if its the same, then you just gotto take out the harness that holds the bulb and fit it to the headlight assembly

Just to make sure.....you're telling me that that "socket" will fit into the holes on the left?
From what I understand....neither one works in these housings. God, I wish it was easier to explain.

You know what being the **** head that I am...I have never even changed the bulbs once so I don't even know what kinda bulbs it take to begin with. Are the top sockets small like that? I'm really sorry guys........I truly am an S2000 NUB.
