Do you have stock suspension? If you it can't handle the added strain caused by the insets. The inserts transfer more power to the ground that otherwise would be lost flexing the mounts, if you mounts are no longer flexing that power goes to the ground, unloading your front suspension causeing the wheel hop. Drop the car or stiffen you the suspension so fix it.

You need traction bars. Get some and the problem will be solved most likely.

Yep try feathering it, should reduce wheel hop, and eleminate it on the track. Did for me and that was with stock suspension at the time.

The easies way to get rid of wheel hop is to lower the car and stiffen in to as much as you can stand. Stiffer it is less wheel how u'll have. Wheel hop is caused by the suspension not able to control unloading when you launch. Either feather the clutch or go to a more agressive spring/shock.

which do what...stiffen the suspension by holding it down, not allowing it to flex as much...just what I said.

Not really. They limit the foreward/backward flexing of the LCA's. They don't stiffen the suspension in the up/down plane like stiff springs/dampers do.

well inserts should reduce wheel hop, so just stop dumping your clutch Hondas are not drag cars, Or invest in some Full race traction bars.

had the same problem with my car. funny thing is that when i changed my suspension to the tein ra it seemed like it got worse. my suggestion to you is to put a traction bar. i recently put a full-race one on mine and though i havent tested it at the tracked yet when i lauched it at 6k and dumped the clutch the tires just spun a little bit and the car went with no wheel hop whatsoever.

TRACTION BARS ,They will virtually eliminate wheel hop, improve traction and greatly improve your 60 foot times.

are you really experiencing wheel hop or is it just you and your clutch...

often times when you just drop the clutch, its trying to grab the gear, and when releasing the clutch too fast it skips some teeth giving the feeling that your encountering wheel hop but in all reality its just you.

dropping the clutch too fast while its trying to grab the gear while its spinning i think will give you the effect that your getting wheel hop.

correct me if im wrong.

trust me its wheel hop. my friend at the track said he seen the fron bounce up and down like a damm bouncing ball. ill try feathering the clutch and see what happen. when i dump the clutch, it hops like crazy but then i let go of the gas and get back on it it stops. and when shifting into second, wheel hop occurs once again. so could this be my clutch grabing to hard>? i got ACT extreme with street disc

Clutch.... Gears....? no dude no clutch gears dont mean to be an ***. but yea traction bars are sweet and for us Da drivers we can get rid of that satanic front crossmember for lets say a fat *** downpipe. o and the traction bar will stop wheel hop..... why are u dropping the clutch anyways?

the insert will make it stiffer and cause more wheel hop.
