98 lights in a 95

i know they dont bolt right in but i've seen front turn signal from a 98 in a 95 bumper. does anyone know how to do this? any help or reference material is appreciated

actually, people just paint their bumper lenses. If you get some Krylon Orange stained glass paint, put on a few coats, and then clear coat it, it looks great. Its exactily what i did.
