Default 1999 EBP Em1 Civic Si - Buy 16" Black Slips w/Azenis or 15" Work Emotion Replicas and buy tires??

Hey All-

I found a couple good deals on wheels/tires but I'm having a little bit of a problem figuring out which one to go with. I'm getting rid of my 17" silver Tenzo Shu's and going with a lighter/smaller wheel and tire package.

I have the option to buy a set of mint 16" flat back Rota Slips w/old school Azenis and 65% tread left for about $500. It sounds like a good deal, so I'll probably go that direction. The problem is, I also found a brand new set of 15" Gunmetal Work Emotion Cr replicas for $280 BNIB. If I went that way I would have to buy tires, and it'd end up being a little more than I wanted to spend.

The Work copies are 13lbs a piece and are no-name, but look pretty good. The Slips are 13.5lbs a piece and are an easy-to-trade wheel if I change my mind later on.

Any thoughts or comments on how either would look on my Em1? Here's a shitty pic to help you out:

(BTW I'm lowered about 2.5" on Eibachs so wheel gap is minimal)

LMK what you think would be best!

What's with that blurry pic?

Slips are old news. I'd get Work Emotion replicas

Sorry for the blurry pic, it's from a camera phone. Anyone have pics of gunmetal works on EBP Si's?

go with the work replica's, you can find new tires for 15's for less than 2 bills.

But the Slips have good Azenis already mounted. What decent tires can you get in 15" for less than 2 bills?
