first post in suspension.....
ok ive been on h-t here for awhile. never posted in here, but i read alot. i have a 93 cx with some tien SS on it right now. i jusdst bought the car, and i ahve noticed there are no sway bars. it has a cusco front strut bar and all the eM racing rear strut assembly (5 bars) and a lower tie bar. just wondering what sway bars i should get and what camber kits also. also what are a good set of lca's?
Don't waste your money on LCA's (they are for looks only). Also, you run the risk of screwing up your suspension geometry with the wrong brand. This leads to accelerated suspension degradation.
Put all those bars where they belong; in the trash (they do nothing). It is still up for debate if even a front strut bar makes a difference. You could also try a big fat placebo...
Don't buy a camber kits, just spend that money on a good alignment (Toe only). It's poor toe settings, not negative camber, that eats tires. Also front camber kits can cause interference with the UCA & shock tower...
For an awesome sports car suspension, save your money for some Koni Sport shocks, Integra sway bars, and Ground control coil-overs. If you plan on going low (2" or more), then spend the extra $100 for the Ground control upper mounts for the front end. Their extra travel will save your expensive suspension parts, and also smooths out those harsh bumps.
This is my exact setup, and it is fantastic...

I have no idea if those are any good. Just make sure your not fooled by blinging suspension parts. Their look does not usually reflect their engineering. Also you have to remember that you won't even be able to see these parts, so their is no sense in getting something pretty. Koni/Ground-Control is the best money can buy for an entry level suspension. Plus, it leaves you a lot of room to grow (if you decide to move up to motorsports). Trust me, you cannot go wrong.

He is an Italian Greyhound. They are mini versions of big Greyhounds (but they act nothing alike). They are VERY affectionate, and very intellegent. My dog "Santos" learns words & phrases that I don't even teach him (WTF?). They do seem pretty dumb at first, but once you figure it out, you'll find they are a little too smart...
