Default XTD Stage 4 clutch?

I have a h22 engine and M2B4 gearbox (the one with LSD). I am wanting to upgrade the clutch as I am going turbo and looking to make over 300hp, ideally closer to the 400hp mark. I have been looking at a stage 4 XTD clutch, is this overkill? The stage 3 seem to be rated to 300hp. Also how drivable will the car be on the stage 4? It wont be a daily driver but would be nice to take it on the road now and then with not too much grief in traffic.

Any advice is appreciated

Thanks

my buddy just got the stage 3 XTD clutch and flywheel for his hatch, but we just put a single cam in it just so he can drive it daily. it seems to be working fine, but with the stuff you have done with your h22 i would look more at a known name like EXEDY, CLUTCH MASTERS, ACT..

I looked at "the old ones" website for the "how to setup a SAFC" guide, it seemed to get the car started but then I left it for ages and no shop was willing to tune it so I had a go myself and lets say the engine is no more. It was running way too rich!! Ive now decided to stick to my day job in telecomms and have a professional tune the h22 once its all ready.

I had a walbro 255lph, B&M FPR & gauge, 450cc DSM injectors on the D16 running -36 on the SAFC hi and lo settings. D16a9's or ZC's are less than £100 here so it wasnt a great deal. Just the HF manifold was wasted but can be sold on.

If youve put alot of time and effort mechanically into your project then invest in a wideband O2 meter and if you can afford too (if not wait till you can) trailer it to a tuning shop just to be safe. By all means get it idling or at least running in your drive but dont spend too long hung up on it (just make sure its not hunting so the tuner can get to work straight away), it all causes engine damage which could be destroying your valuable compression which will spool your turbo

Ive done absolutely everything by the book for the h22 apart from buying the wrong clutch it seems I'll install it, wait for it to slip go completely then go for another make. Im sure it will hold up pretty well... for a few runs anyhow
