How can i tell what head i have.

I have a motor that i am not sure what head is on it some people say its a gsr and other say its a B16A. Please Help

intake mani on the gsr is bigger and points downward, versus the b16 mani. looks like a type r mani. but a little smaller. I believe it even says "pgm fi" on it or something like that. hope this helps
