They were just redesigned. 2006 models have some changes, most notably taillights.

Expect a new model in 2008, they follow 4 year patterns.

new model might come in 07, it really depends on what long terms plans honda has for the accord. it keeps getting bigger and bigger, and as the civic is becoming more of a mid-sized car (similar in size to the 4th and 5th gens), itll be interesting to see where the accord is headed. making the V6 standard on the Ex is a possibility in the future, as are perhaps a dumbed down version of the SH-AWD (to compete better with the Big 3's new sedans)

A standard V6 Accord would be nice.

I'm thinking the new model accords will most likely resemble the TSX's. It would only make sense because their front headlights resemble the new civics. The Euro accords are basically American TSX's anyways. I wouldn't be surprised by a 3.0L 260 hp accord to come out and compete with the new altimas.

If it will happen, it will be within the next 2 model years, probably next year. It's up to you; Although a new style would be cool, it's up to you, since a new style usually means more bugs to be worked out. You could hold off until when the new model year comes out and buy the 06 at a cheaper price, or get the new one
