Try this thread first, and maybe message B U N M A N G O about it. Basically, if it isn't too deep, you would have to try to level the clearcoat with a buffer, some rubbing compound and a fairly abrasive pad. Then, you would polish it and seal it, using the buffer (you could apply sealant by hand). If the scratches are too deep, you can use a combo of toothpicks and touch up paint (you cut the toothpicks and use them as mini-brushes) to work the paint in very slowly (with lots of layers, letting it dry in between), in order to fill the scratches. You could use OEM touch up paint that has clearcoat in the formula, or use a separate clearcoat to seal it all up. I think it's worth it to take it to a paintless dent removal or detailing shop, they should be able to take care of you for about $100.
