gsr gears in a ls tranny???

gsr gears in a ls tranny???
i wanted to put in gsr gears in my ls tranny ...o, and i did a search. i wanted to change out 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. My question is when changing out the gears does it have to be only on the mainshaft gears or do i have to both mainshaft and countershaft? ...or can i just change out the countershaft gears ??? i dont know what i have to change out?? any help? ..thanks in advance.
