it sounds like your friend is pissed because you sold it lower than her wanted, thats not my problem.you agreed to the price...i didnt twist your arm, i told you i would take it for 30 becuase it was from a automatic, hell i was walking away from the deal when you said 30 would be ok...that is when i asked you if you would refund if it didnt fit my car, then you said you would.


this dude can not understand the fact that he agreed to refund if it wouldnt work on my car.maby its part my bad because i didnt know the integra cluster needed a conversion, but he said had alot of honda experiance and he said it would fit.i would expect that he would have said it would need a conversion...he specificially said when we spoke hie friend put one in a civix and it worked just fine....

he refuses to refund the cash on the basis of i told him i would only pay 30 becuase it was from a auto....any ideas guys?

its 30 bucks man not hundreds. I would say f-it and just resell it. Now if this was over a 250 exhaust that he said would fit then maybe i would understand this.

 

30 bucks right now is still 30 bucks......he said 2 times he would refund if it didnt fit my car...i was holding him to it....now hes all out of shape because im holding him to his word..

a mans work is important if its 30 bucks or 400....same thing to me....

It makes my head hurt trying to understand what he is trying to say. I understand where you are coming from but you can easily sale the cluster for more than you paid. Hope it all works out for you.

if it was broken or it was the wrong part then you have something to complain about ..

Ok, also I met u where you work at and it should be fair for us to make the deal.. Also, I did not say "2 times he would refund it if it didnt fit my car". Also some of the people in HT know that I am a good seller and also keep in touch with them. Dont you (James) think Im stupid enough to know everything about a HONDA. I didnt say that. I know some things but not alot ok.. Dont ya see people do conversions on older hatchbacks with a GSR dashboard? People do "make it fit". It happened to me sometime when I bought the aftermarket parts and installed them myself to make it fit. Sometimes if it wont fit. I deal with it.

Attention: He the one made the price lower to me. I didnt say yes right away. I say ok let me think about it because the price is a little cheap.

and i walked away from the deal after you said you didnt want to go that low, YOU called me back and said that would be fine!!!!thats when i said ok but if it didnt work i would want my cash back, i made sure you heard me and said it twice , both times you agreed!!!!!!!

i have said many times it may have been kinda my fault for not knowing the needed conversion, but i have said also he stated his friend put one in a similiar dx and it worked great , i would have assumed at that point he would have mentioned the conversion...
