Default 94 prelude stalling in cold weather

I just bought a 1994 prelude S, its bone stock, just got new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and air filter, and now that the weather is getting colder I have found that on a cold morning, when the temp gauge is at about 1/4 temp, when I pull up to a stop sign, when i push the clutch in the motor will stall. It will not do it before i reach that temp, and it will not do it when the car is fully warm. Thanks in advance for any ideas

--By the way it is NOT throwing any CEL's

Well - let the damn car get to operating temperatures first. I never drive my car unless its at 151 F at least. Thats just me though.
