My 02 rsx type s what do you think????
Hey here is a link to my car... The tq. is 153 if you look at the sheet not 135... Any comments keep in mind it is stock bottom end and tuned at 5300ft.. http://www.pfispeed.com/flash/cotm_10-05.htm
is there a correction factor for sea level on dyno numbers ? Just like the 1/4 mile times have a corrected time. Nice car and motor too
Toda stage 2 cams...and ITBs and only 205 whp...most ppl with cams and ITBs make upwards of 250....
i make near 200...and have stock cams....and im at 3000ft...
just seems really low....what kind of dyno
looks excellent tho......

i couldnt tell you since i havent done it....i am guessing
ITB--somewhere around 2000
K-Pr0(i do have) is gonig to run you right around 1000...little less
Toda Cams.....(the killer Vtec cams) are around 700....most others are alot higher...over 1000

Keep in mind the elevation this dyno was done at. I bet this car is 230-240 hp closer to sea level.
Go get some track times, so we can judge better what numbers you are putting down.
Also, overall nice car. Simple and clean JDM look. I bet those ITB's sound mean as hell.

Thanks guys.. Yeah i wasnt really happy with the numbers at first until i talked to other people building all motor cars up here in Colorado and relized i had made more power than gsr's with 13 to 1 compression pistons...... Leslie Durst Dynoed her crx at PFI before an NHRA event at Bandimere and went 10.4 that weekend and she only made just over 240whp.. So that made me feel alot better.. The toda cams a spec n2's I am going to change them too spec B's or C's when i get my bottom end done and get a ported head.... My goal is 250whp so i will keep you posted as i get closer.... Also we went pretty conservative with the tune so i could drive daily i drive it everday unless it rains waiting on individual filters that we are having made....
For all those mods there has to be something wrong. 205 and 153 tq seems very low.
most people around here make 205 with just I/RH/E and kpro.
Cams can push you upwards towards 215-220, and ITB's can get you around 235-240 possible more if tuned right.

Why is everyone always concerned about peak HP numbers. There's a Type S here (3600ft) that makes 188whp and runs 14.1 here and went 13.7 at 2600ft. His altitude is a huge factor and the dyno too. For all we know that's a mid to low 13s car at sea level...
