Car is dying
My car is a 1990 CRX with a z6 swap. It has ran flawlessly for about three weeks.
I took my son to school today and the thing just died at 55 MPH. I coasted to a stop and cranked it back up. Sounded like she was hitting off 1 cylinder and idling at like 100 RPMs. The check engine light came on I guess due to such a low idle.
I cycled the key off and back on. Fired up then cutt off. Cycled the key again, fired up, and ran like crap for about a mile till she cutt off. Cycled the key yet again. she fired up and ran all the way home perfect with no engine light. When I crank her now she runs flawless.
Anyone familiar with these symptoms? Fuel pump? Relay?
Thanks in advance.
