After reading and searching some threads here on HT I was convinced that they would so long as I got new springs to go along with them. However I just spoke to someone who I was going to buy a set off of and he said they will not fit.

I am so confused the poor SH gets no respect and nobody seems to make product for it.

So please if you have any experience with this or knowledge please share it here with me. I do not want to buy these if they do not fit the SH.

Nobody has ever put upgraded shocks on a SH ?

 

The shox are the same, thats why you wont find SH shox. There is a differnece though once installed. I think I read that the sh will be about a half of an inch lower than the base would for some reason or another.
Reagarless, I had an sh, bought base shoox and they rocked, the I wrecked that car, took those same shox off and put them on my base model.

 

btw I have a set of KYB gas shocks that have the stock spring cut to give it a lower stance. They are pretty nice and they are for sale

 

all base shocks will fit your sh but you have to upgrade your springs.

with the sh you ether upgrade both or just the springs

 

Cool info. I think I am going to get them, I will post pics if I do.

Looking over schematics yesterday, I noticed that the shock support "forks" are of a different length, that's probably why they sit at different levels.
