Default Buddy club Racing Spec coil-overs

EDIT:
Disregard, i'm sticking with Koni Yellow/GC

I'm sticking with Koni Yellows with Ground-Control at either 450F/400R or 400F/350R and i'm going to likely get the ground-control top-hats which give an extra 1" of suspension travel, so it won't bottom out over big bumps on the damn 401.

Reason why i'm sticking with Koni/GC is because of spring rates. GC I can select 150-900 but the other coilovers have crap rates

Buddy Club N-spec = 12K/6K which is 675F/337R
Buddy Club Racing-spec = 12K/8K which is 675F/450R
Progress competition coilovers = 350F/250R

I'm trying to eliminate understeer, not get more so why the hell would anyone want 675/337..thats just retarded. Custom rates could be ordered, but I think i'll stick with GC, for $75 a spring I can get any rate I want so if 400/350 dosen't work, $150 and i'll get different rear...it really allows me to customize the suspension exactly to my stardards of driving and both the Koni and GC has lifetime warranty :D

Read pages upon pages of positive reviews on Honda-tech, people swear by the Koni/GC combo over anything else up to over $1000usd including Tein Flex and Tanabe.

Just thought i'd share with others so they can see this if they are thinking of coilovers for purely performance not cosmetic (just use Omni in that case)

I'd go with the Koni/GC in the rates yu selected with the addition of the GC tophats for the fronts. This is the exact setup I'm thinking of getting as well as rates, though I may go down to 380F/300R.

I've got a 94 civic ex coupe abs, but first i have to replace all the rubber bushings on the car, they are quite worn.

just tell you that ur koni can't hold up above 500lb spring rate. I blow mine using 800lbs.
also, we here in toronto, you can order a spring maker company named hyper coil which they customize spring, u can choose rate, lenght and width. i bought my spring there. cost 100/spring here.
also, if u wana less understeer, just switch front and back spring on those coilover. it work

I get all my suspension stuff from the US with relatives bringing it up for me, so its way cheaper then buying here in Canada. I'll never come close to 500+ spring rates, even 430 may be too rough so the Koni's will be ok in that regard, but i figure with the Koni/GC worst case scenario, i'll keep the 380 and buy 300 springs if its too stiff and try 300/380 or 380/300 since its not that expensive to switch out springs. With GC i can choose length (8" is what i'd need for new front/rear springs if i'm using my 8" 380 rate front), width 2.5" ID and rate and its fairly cheap too

its going to take some playing around to get it just right and of course, some time to get used to the drastic difference over Tokico Illuminas/H&R sports I was using but now am selling.
