I get that exact same thing. I imagine it is from the brakes, but I have been to lazy to replace them. Someone else posted and said that one of the compounds Honda puts in there brake pads sends out a high pitched frequency (like a tuning fork/squeal) when there is metal on metal contact. I have a hard time explaining what the noise sounds like other than that it is a high pitched "ringing".

I had a similar noise coming out of my brakes as well, turned out that my "new" caliper which Acura had installed a month before had frozen in the clamped position so it was squealing as I tried to drive it. You could feel the heat coming out of the wheel well after you'd been driving. They had to install a whole new caliper on mine. Quick test, if you can feel the heat, try putting a bit of snow in there just push it through the wheel if you get steam back out and the melted snow running out the bottom, your calipers are probably stuck in the braking position. I also unfortunately was unable to get the dealership to cover the cost of putting in the new caliper even though I still think it was because of a bad initail install.
