what exactlly is a "flashable" ecu.? i bought me a motor the other day it is a teggie motor and the kid said the the ecu was flashable, oh the ecu is a pr4 if that helps.

 

it means you can change the program that's driving your car... basically change the fuel and ignition tables and modify some settings.. you need a chip and a chip burner in order to put your program in there.. also a hex editor such as uberdata or chrome to create a bin file which you burn on a chip
