Go do the greasing like the above posters mentioned, however, sometimes it doesn't work. It's been a standing problem with Acura moonroofs for a while now. If you regularly keep your roof open during high speed driving, it puts pressure on certain parts and bends them slightly over time. After a while, it will shake as you open it. Nothing you can do, and no grease will help.

I learned to live with mine. I used to keep mine open all year, winter through summer, going 15mph or 150mph.

Eh, just giving a range of driving that my sunroof has been through. I had to test out my new 18psi turbo setup, right? Only took a few seconds to get up there anyway.

Put a brick on top of the sunroof. That will apply some pressure on it.

When I first got my old 95 GSR (totalled r.i.p.) the moonroof wouldn't open at all. When i wanted to open it i had to push it up w/one hand and press the button w/the other. After I got it open I put some white lithium on like somebody said earlier and after that it worked fine everytime afterwards and the shaking stopped also. Try that before you do anything else.
