Default Need help badly with B18c1 swap

Hi, I'm new here as you can see from the number of post I have.....I just recently purchased a 1996 Civic EX coupe 5spd and I also purchased the B18c1 motor as well. The problem I'm stuck with is the wiring harness because the B18C1 wiring harness is different from my 96 EX harness. The EX harness is connected directly to the computer where as the B18c1's harness has plug and play type of clips. Is there anyone that can help me pleasE? I really need help badly with this harness issue thanks.
