UPDATED BELOW NEW PICS AND A COUPLE VIDEOS

how much did u spend changing the interiro light-up? i was quoted for nearly $200!!

did it myself

painted the bulbs red

 

more like, pics of the stock red X.

 

they work for me i think ur internet broke

 

wat kind of paint did u use? i wanted 2 change mine to blue any tips?

 

spray enamel i found to work best

i used Odds N Ends brand. hasnt burned or anything been painted about 2 months now

as far as tips, MAKE SURE YOU LET EM DRY!!!! just put one coat on first, let it dry. then put on a second coat and let it dry overnight.

adding additional coats will make it darker.

put masking tape on the connectors of the lights to make sure they stay clean.

also, it may be a better idea to buy new bulbs, as it will be brighter

in a EG cluster all of the lights have a BROWN connector on the bottom,

1 is a #74 and the rest are #24

 

yea i might look into doing that little project myself i have a 95 lx 4dr

 

so far i can see red/orange lighting......

 

yeah that pic just kinda happened, i thought it was kool. I just borrowed my friends camera last night, gonna get some pics today in a couple hours

also, the "grind sound" was not my gears, it was actually the dash makin that noise

yeah thats outrageous, the easiest way is buying red lights
