Default stock gsr ecu ok for now?

as of right now i am borrowing my friends chipped p28 with a mugen copy chip, and it is running fine. my problem is he needs it back today, and all I have is a stock obd2 gsr ecu. I also have a socketted p28 at home with hondata s200 but my appointment for tunning is in Torrance on thursday and until then and for the trip up to Church automotive, I need to be sure my car isn't gonna sun like ****. Will the stock gsr ecu work fine?

I know obd 2 ecu does read a knock sensor and I broke mine a off last time I was dropping my motor, will this be a problem? I know it'll have a CEL but will it mess with the way the car drives? My friend also let me borrow a p2t ecu, I think it's from an obd2 99-00 civic si, but which one would be better to use for now?

I have it hooked up now and it runs kind of shitty, but is it cool to not have a knock sensor even though the ecu is for obd2 with a knock sensor?
