Default Need Info for timing a 92 Si Hatchback

Hello

I had to get a new hood about 5 years ago and the VECI info wasn't transferred and I can't find it. My distributor is frying rotors and I want to change it out and then set the timing. Well, my Haynes says
"It is imperative that the procedures included on the Vechicle Emissions Control Information (VECI) label be followed when adjusting the timing under the hood when adjusting the ignition timing. The label will include all information concerning preliminary steps to be performed before adjusting the timing, as well as the timing specifications"

If somebody could reply with the info from their (matching) Si, I would really, really appreciate it. I have a Canadian-built, non-California 1992 Civic Si 3 door with the D16Z6 1.6 VTEC engine.

Thanks in Advance
