Are the regular springs a progressive or linear rate?

 

any idea if an application for 90-93 Integra is going to be released?

 

These are a progressive rate springs that are somewhere in between a Sport & Race Spring that H&R offers..


These are not off the shelf H&R sports or Races these are specifically made for these shocks...

they're basically h&r sport springs and konis painted silver. at least my set is like that. part number matches the sport springs and the struts say koni on them. so does the damper adjust ****. i like them.

 

Right the **** does adjust the damping on top and the cup on the bottom is used to give some Ride Height adjustablilty. Thanks for the input
