I'm pretty sure ive actually seen the 99-00 Civic SI wheel center caps on a set of rotas...you could always go that route, or they don't even look too bad with the center caps off

 

yeah it doesnt look thaat bad, but i dont like seeing that rusty **** in the center..makes it look all dirty

 

yeah those look like si caps. see how nice and clean they look with caps? do 4x100 rotas all have the same sized centers?
