Default eg brakes

i was wondering if it was possible to put 95' eg rotors and calipers onto an 89' crx. if anyone has i'd appreciate pics. thanks to those that took time to read this.

What model crx do you have? If you have a dx/si you might be able to use the EG calipers, rotors will fit.

not on a hf, but si/dx yes..

really??? EG calipers fit?? on EF knuckles? regular SI? not just 4dr EX?

Yes, have you tried it?

Yes, I used 90 dx calipers on my 97 civic dx before and they bolted right up.

yes 5th and 6th gen brakes can be swapped onto a 4th gen....

what type of work is involed in getting the eg brakes on my ef i want to do it this weekend and would my tie rod work from my eg to ef thanks

I am just talking about the caliper/rotor not the complete brake hardware. You're not going to gain anything by changing to EG brakes.

im not really trying to gain anything i just have a wrecked eg with brand new brakes and my ef needs new brakes and tie rods
