Default H23 tranny on H22 motor in eg hatch question??

Okay here's the deal I have an H22 EG hatch with right now a H23 tranny. Here's the question, this tranny grinds beyond no tomorrow into any and every gear just about. I have an H22 tranny in the garage. If I just simply swap trannies, clutch, and flywheel, will that fix my problem or should I replace other parts too? I know this might a simple yes switch trannies and no problem type of answer. But I just want to see if anybody else says or recommends something else. Even if you completely agree and say I just need to swap trannies please post it.

Just swap the tranny, and be done with it.
