I think you're friends are full of ****. If my friend can run a 16.2 on stock SI d16a6 then I KNOW you can beat that with an additional 20 or more HP.

Everyone hated on me when I built my car. After I got my engine in I systematically hunted them down, raced them, and embarassed them in their brand new cars that daddy bought them.

Are you on crack?

Anyway, at sea level with a decent driver pulling off low 2.3 to 2.2 second 60' times and not misshifting, you can hit mid 14s, low 14s if you get extremely lucky.

this is at sea level i am guessing cause my stock hatch with the rear seat out, quarter gas tank and wheels that weight a pound more then stockers (but with much better grip) my best at 1000m (3333 ft) altitude is 17.238 at 79 mph on a sohc zc 120hp and the z6 has 5 more hp...

btw i dont suck at driving and it is a 5 speed si tranny

I don't think that engine in the chassis can give you much more then a real high 15 or a low 16 at sea lvl

I hit 16.6 in my ZC Civic with absolutely no launch and like a 2.7 60' time. This was also at 6000 Ft, and it was 100 degrees out. My trap was also 87 MPH so that told me with a launch I would have been rocking the house.
