Default Size Bolts w/ Throttle Body and Intake Manifold...

well i bought a edelbrock victor x manifold and a bdl 70mm throttle body. i need to connect them together..i was thinking of running to the local hardware store and just picking some up that fit...although i dont want any vacum/air leaks in my set up.... so this is what a friend and i thought of....

tyhrottle body uses two studs and two bolts
there are two 12mm hex nuts and two 12mm headed boltsthere are two 12mm hex nuts and two 12mm headed bolts

thats what a friend told me....can anyone just make sure this is correct before i go out and buy it? should i buy the studs and bolts from the honda dealership or just go to a hardware store....... i think i might go to honda but please someone leave some support.
