Lud explained why e-mail notification isn't working for some users recently, in a topic to which I can't provide a link because the site is down.
Basically, he said that his server is sending out the notification e-mails properly, but some domains and service providers (as well as PC-based software products) are preventing users from seeing them.

Even though Luds explanation sounds logical, I think there is a still a problem, I changed my notification address and am yet to receive a confirmation from PRIME. I also have had the same ISP for 3 years and have never had a problem.

Yeah, I read that and responded to the thread. Nothing has changed re: my filters save for the fact that I get even more Cialis and Ambien email than before...
Seriously, I've had my company's Helpless Desk check the spam filters and there's nothing there from Prime. I dunno. I know that I'm not the only one though.
