Default Mild Steel or Stainless Tubing

Where might I be able to find mild steel or stainless tubing bent on a 3 to 4 inch CLR? Hoping to find something around .100" wall. Any input would be great.

Same guy different name. 1.75" OD, 90 to 180 degree of bend and leg length doesn't really matter. It's going to be used for turbo manifolds. Also looking for it to be a 3 to 4 inch CLR. Thanks

gottcha.

ill check my dies when im back at the shop tomorrow. i think your clr is less than what ive got for an 1.75 die, but ill check. Ive done a few manifolds with the ones ive got but they were all one off applications with no real space constraints.

ill get back to you tuesday.

What sizes can you bend? And on what CLR's. Looking for material for Down pipes dump tubes and intercooler piping. If i could get it all from one place instead or three or four.

ok -

the 1.75 die that i own is 6.5 clr. they make a 5.5 clr - 1.75 die set but thats the tightest for that od. ( I would have to order it ) you can get down to 4.5 clr, but its in a 1.5 od die. the 1.5 i have is 5.5 clr.

I have 1/2" through 2" die sets with capacity to 2 1/2" X 120 wall. the bender is more geared towards roll bars, suspension, and header work, anything with a heavier wall requirement. not ideal for intercooler piping but ive done it before, it just rips the 16ga like paper on the larger ods, its just the way its designed.

Is the finish pretty nice on the stuff from mcmaster? Something similar to full race and love fab and those types of manifolds?

i got it from these guys http://www.vansantent.com/

its a model 4 electric. its was about 2,500 for the base unit, buy the time i got the dies and other teeks figured out, it was around 6k complete. its a handy unit, i cant complain much, ive reworked some things but its been going for a few years now, just normal wear and tear -
